CSK became India’s first sports company to achieve unicorn status in January 2022. They also unveiled their brand-new IPL 2022 jersey. However, MS Dhoni made the decision to resign as captain just two days before the start of the season, and Ravindra Jadeja was named captain in his place.
Sadly, CSK lost six of their first eight matches in the IPL under Jadeja’s leadership.
